Site monitoring in 3D
I capture construction sites in three dimensions, run and control the process with a mobile field office, and deliver the result so that owners, planners and contractors can see at any time what is actually the case. Planning and execution are my strengths. Control comes from digital tools and fixed procedures, not from being present.
What I bring
What I take on at the site
Four services that interlock. Whoever does the capture knows the building. Whoever knows the building can also run it and present it.
Site monitoring
I document progress in regular 3D captures. Every state remains walkable, long after it has been plastered and clad.
Site management with a mobile field office
I bring the office to the site. Power, network, computers and capture equipment run independently, even where no connection exists yet.
BIM capture and existing building records
Existing buildings are captured to scale and made available as a basis for planning, conversion and handover.
Video, web and delivery
A result is only useful if the parties actually look at it. I build the output myself, from the film to the portal to the owner access.
Buildings you can walk through
A 3D capture replaces the second site visit. Dimensions, heights and clearances can be verified in the model, months later and from the office.
Roof structure in the Jura
Complete 3D capture of a roof structure. Every beam, height and clearance can be measured in the model, with nobody having to climb back up. A detailed case study will follow.
Construction projects and plans
Construction state as a walkable model. The basis for comparing as built against planned, and for securing evidence before work is covered up.
